Our location was the original site for the Route 66 Greyhound Bus Depot Restaurant & Coffee shop in 1931. In the deli area was the Black Cat Cafe, which became the Yucca Cafe and then later, a Chevron station. The floor in the restaurant area is the original 1931 floor. The Brat Haus Restaurant is a premium sausage company in quest of Old World flavor and quality. All sausages are made fresh daily in the mountains of Flagstaff by a master sausage maker. European travelers will get a taste of home in the middle of Arizona.
